1. Definitions 
- "Charity": back2basicz 
- "Farm": The egg farm operated by the Charity at [Address]. 
- "Trustees": Councillor Tomass James Wood and [Partner’s Name].

2. General Terms 
2.1 Charity Operations 
- The Charity owns all livestock, equipment, and profits generated by the Farm. 
- Trustees may reside on-site in a static caravan for Farm management. 

2.2 Compliance
- All activities comply with: 
  - Charity Commission England & Wales guidelines. 
  - Animal Welfare Act 2006(poultry standards). 
  - Food Standards Agency (FSA) regulations for egg sales.

3. Egg Sales & Subscriptions 
3.1 Purchases
- Eggs are sold as "free-range" (meeting DEFRA standards). 
- Prices: £2.50/dozen (subject to change with 14 days’ notice). 

3.2 Subscriptions 
- Weekly/Monthly egg boxes require 7 days’ notice to cancel. 
- Refunds issued for damaged or undelivered eggs.

3.3 Liability
- The Charity is not liable for allergic reactions or improper storage by customers.

4. Workshops & Events

4.1 Bookings
- Payment required upfront via bank transfer or cash. 
- Cancellations: 50% refund if notified >7 days before the event. 

4.2 Safety 
- Parents must supervise children at all times during Farm visits. 
- No liability for injuries caused by misuse of equipment.

5. Volunteering
5.1 Requirements 
- Volunteers must complete a registration form. 
- Under-18s need parental consent. 

5.2 Risks
- Volunteers handle livestock at their own risk (sign waiver required).

6. Data Protection (GDPR)
- Personal data (e.g., customer/volunteer details) is stored securely and never sold.

7. Complaints & Disputes
